The TeleMD platform is a customized OpenEMR-based telemedicine system that embeds a browser-based WebRTC softphone directly into the clinical workflow — automatically connecting patient calls to the correct chart, creating encounters, and generating AI-assisted SOAP note drafts for physician review.
